If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within fourteen (14) days from the date you purchased the item/s. The item/s must be in their original condition/packaging. We can only accept the return of opened items if there are faults in production and manufacturing and not for a change of mind.
Please note – due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, any apparel that comes in packaging must remain unopened in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we are only able to offer refunds in the form of credit vouchers.
This means if you purchase a product and you are not satisfied with the product or for a change of mind, you can return it to the original point of purchase and the USA Expo 2020 Pavilion Gift Store will issue you a credit voucher for the value of the item/s you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose a different size or product of your choice.
Items returned because they are defective, damaged or incorrect, will be either replaced, subject to availability, or will receive a full refund. Customer service needs to be notified within fourteen (14) days or purchase if a refund is going to be requested.
If you need to return an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, kindly contact our customer care team to arrange shipping.
We will check all items returned to us as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. All approved refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and are normally processed within four weeks.
When ordering goods from https://shop.usapavilion.org for delivery outside of the UAE, please be aware your delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination.
Any additional charges for customs clearance or taxes are the responsibility of the receiver; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
