The multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. When multiple orders are placed each order will be processed separately.
The USA Pavilion Retail Store takes care to pack all items securely. Should an item arrive damaged due to the failure of packaging or the mishandling by our logistics partner, you should write to us requesting a replacement and submit pictures of the damage. We will replace the item once the original item has been returned to the appropriate Production Centre.
Customers purchasing any items are requested to allow between 5-7 working days (excluding weekends) for delivery. For shipments outside the United Arab Emirates an additional 3-5 working days are required for standard international courier delivery. If more than one item is purchased within the same order all items will be shipped combined as one order, if multiple orders are placed each order will be processed separately. Shipping options based on destination and cart content will be provided during the checkout process.
All orders must be signed for on arrival. On arrival the item should be checked to ensure it is delivered in good condition. If the item is not in perfect condition, please do not accept receipt of the item and it will be sent back to our warehouse. If an item is subsequently found to be damaged after the customer has signed for it, we may assume that the damage has been caused post-delivery and we will not accept returns on damaged items.
Yes, you can track your order through your account dashboard. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you you’re tracking number
Normally, our logistics partners will arrange a suitable time for drop off in advance. If, for some reason, the parcel cannot be signed for, our logistics partner will leave a card to contact the local distribution center. The onus is on the customer to contact the logistics company to arrange delivery. The logistics company will keep the item for 14 days whereupon they will return the item to our Production Centre.
